Nazia Qidwai Certified Social Media Professional (CSMP): I am an extremely tenacious, driven and motivated professional with a wealth of skills and capabilities that I have developed and enhanced over the years. I believe my strength lies in my ability to provide clear leadership across a range of activities from strategic planning to marketing and PR and to managing media relations, handling clients to providing objective advice to colleagues.

In my current role I am responsible for leading the strategic planning and implementation of said plan for the Research and Technology group. Analyzing market forces, business activities and wider corporate objectives I am able to deliver comprehensive strategic plans that are aligned to wider corporate targets and standardized across the business.

With an innovative and creative vision and thorough marketing analysis, I have been instrumental in managing marketing activities for the group to both internal and external clients. For my change initiatives I have utilized traditional and social media channels, driving awareness and enhancing the brand image of the group and their activities to target audiences. I manage workshops, road shows and other initiatives that support employee and stakeholder engagement with positive brand image.
My internal marketing strategy has been to work closely with colleagues. I have developed a comprehensive learning and development plan for the business to support individual development. I am passionate about supporting peers achieve their potential, which in turn supports wider corporate performance.
